What this site is

This site shows working prototypes of small software tools. You can tap through them to see how they'd work. They are demonstrations built to start a conversation.

They are not products you can buy here. There's no checkout, no signup, no accounts, and no service being delivered through this website. If you want something built, we'd talk first and agree on it separately in writing.

The demos come with no warranty

The demos are provided as they are. I've tested them and I believe they work, but I'm not promising they're error-free, that they'll suit your business, or that they'll be available at any particular time. Don't use a demo on this site to run any part of a real inspection, a real compliance program, or anything a person's safety depends on. It's a demonstration.

The sample documents are made up

Several demos show a document being read — a rate confirmation, a certificate request, an RFQ, an intake sheet. Every one of those samples is fictional. The companies, people, addresses, job numbers and dollar figures in them were invented for the demonstration and do not refer to any real business or person. Any resemblance is coincidence.

The same goes for the equipment demo: the manuals, model numbers and specifications shown are invented examples. Do not use any number on this website to service real equipment. Check the manufacturer's own documentation and the unit's data plate.

Nothing here is legal or compliance advice

Several demos reference regulations — OSHA standards, the Ohio Administrative Code, federal motor carrier rules. I researched each one against the regulator's own published text, and every page links directly to that source so you can read it yourself.

But I'm a software developer, not a lawyer, a safety consultant, or a compliance officer. Regulations change, they differ by state and by local jurisdiction, and your local authority may enforce more than the written rule requires. Verify anything that matters against the primary source and your own advisers. Do not make a compliance decision because of something you read on this website.

Several demos cite Ohio law specifically — the Ohio Administrative Code sections on backflow prevention, food safety and pesticide records. Those apply in Ohio. If you are somewhere else, the equivalent rule in your state may say something different, and you should read yours rather than mine.

Regulatory information: what I'm claiming

Where a demo says a rule does or does not require something, that statement was checked against the regulator's own page and linked. I've been deliberately careful about a specific thing most vendors get wrong: many rules require work to be done without requiring paperwork proving it, and I try to say clearly which is which.

I still might be wrong, or a rule might change after I wrote it. If you spot an error, email me and I'll fix it — that's genuinely useful to me.

If we end up working together

Any actual project would be covered by a separate written agreement between us: what's being built, what it costs, and when. Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, or a binding quote, and prices shown in a demo are illustrative.

Your use of the site

Use the site normally. Don't attack it, don't try to break it, and don't use it to do anything illegal. The design, text and code of this site belong to me; the demos are here to be tried, not copied wholesale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the demos on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that legally can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
